Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 93(RES) Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CSSB 93(RES)? YEAS: 12 NAYS: 7 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Frank, Green, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Pearce, R.Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Hoffman, Lincoln, Salo, Zharoff Excused: Donley and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus passing HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 93(RES) "An Act relating to the disposal of state land along the Dalton Highway; and providing for an effective date." Senator Halford moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 93(RES) Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CSSB 93(RES)? Effective Date YEAS: 12 NAYS: 7 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Frank, Green, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Pearce, R.Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Hoffman, Lincoln, Salo, Zharoff Excused: Donley and so, the effective date clause failed.
